We often receive calls asking “How much does it cost to get a Will?”. Our fees are structured so that you get the maximum value.

Summary of Costs

  • Initial consultation:   $340 + GST
  • Draft your will:   $220 + GST
  • Draft your power of attorney:   $125 + GST
  • Draft your enduring guardian:   $125 + GST

Complementary services, are services we do not charge for:

  • Revocation of previous documents;
  • Liaise with your doctor if capacity assessment if required;
  • Liaise with your previous Solicitor to obtain your previous documents, if required;
  • Assist you in preparing a Statutory Declaration regarding any potential claim to your estate;
  • Meet with you to sign your documents with you;
  • Provide you with our Estate Planning Workbook.

Other costs that may be applicable:

  • Cost to register your Power of Attorney – LRS registration fee $165.40.
  • Arrange an interpreter if you don’t speak English.
